In 2008 we commenced construction of Fernville Block, a 156 apartment complex comprising of 2 BHK & 3 BHK Flats. This project was of 6 floors with built-up area of around 2 lakh s.ft. It had a Club House with swimming pool along with it & the project was handed over to the customers from 2010 onwards.
